What this app does
The Loader App is how you tell the driver exactly what you put in their truck. You count each item per stop, take a photo of the staged goods, fill in the invoice amount, and print barcode labels for each box. When you tap Finish & Send, the driver instantly receives the route on their phone.
First time: open the URL. App loads in about 2 seconds. Tap browser menu → Add to Home Screen so you have a one-tap icon next time.

Cloud connected = green chip at the top. If it says "Connecting..." or "Offline", check your WiFi. The app needs internet to download today's route. After that, it works mostly offline.

The first stop appears. DEEPEST means this gets loaded at the BACK of the truck (driver delivers last). The order is opposite of delivery order — that's intentional, so when the driver arrives, the first stop is at the back of the truck near the door.

Count each item as you stage them. Type the actual amount. Cartons (red star) is the primary item — required. If you have LESS than planned, the system auto-flags it as a shortage so the driver knows.

Tap Take Photo. Camera opens, snap the staged items, tap Use. Photo uploads to cloud in background. Mark Loaded button stays locked until at least 1 photo exists.
Why the photo matters: If the driver delivers and the store later says "we got less than promised", you scroll back, find this morning's photo, and see exactly what was staged. Proof = no argument.
Grouped load Grouped load — stores that ship to one place
Who: Loader · When: Two or more stores get delivered to the SAME location
Sometimes several stores all take their goods at one spot (for example, one owner who runs a few stores). The route groups them so the driver makes one stop. On your side, their load cards show a purple GROUP LOAD banner.

A grouped stop shows the purple GROUP LOAD banner naming how many stores share the location. Load those stores' boxes together / next to each other on the truck so the driver can hand them all over at one stop.
Still load each store on its own. Count, photo and print labels for each store in the group separately — just keep the finished boxes together on the truck so they travel as one drop.

At the delivery store, the driver scans each box label with their phone camera. If they grab a box for the WRONG store, the app warns them immediately ("This is for #275, you're at #339 — put it back"). Prevents wrong-stop delivery.
Gas Can: No printed label for Gas Can (it's a big metal can). The driver still counts it manually when they arrive.

A confirmation pops up showing what you're about to save. This catches mistakes — wrong count, missing invoice, anything. If something is off, tap Cancel and fix it. If good, tap OK to advance to the next stop.
If there's a shortage (you loaded less than planned), the popup will show ⚠ SHORTAGE detected. That's OK — the driver will see it too and the system records it.

App confirms the pack went to cloud. The driver gets it on their phone within seconds. Your loading day is done. The Finish & Send button locks itself so you can't accidentally send twice.

If the camera won't work and you need to keep loading, tap the orange dashed button. Confirm. The stop is marked loaded but flagged "needs photo retake" — visible to driver + owner.

The flag is saved with the stop. You can come back later (via History tab) and add the photo. The driver sees the flag too.
Use this ONLY in emergency. Photos are evidence. If you skip 5 stops without photos, you have 5 unproven loads. Always retake when the camera works again.

Choose: 1 = current stop only, 2 = everything
Reset options — type a number:
1 = Reset ONLY current stop (#339)
Keeps already-loaded stops safe.
2 = Reset EVERYTHING (whole session)
NUCLEAR. All progress lost.
Type 1 to reset only the current stuck stop. All your other loaded stops stay safe. Use this 99% of the time. Type 2 only if you need to start the whole day over.

Edit Session
Change loaded quantities, note, or add updated photo. The old version is kept; updated route is re-sent to Driver.

Adjust whatever's wrong. Tap Save Changes & Re-send. The driver gets the NEW route — old one is automatically replaced. Driver only ever has one active route per day, never two.
The system tracks every version. If you edit 3 times, all 3 prior versions are saved on your phone. Owner can see the history if needed for audit.
📌 Things to know
☁ Cloud sync chip
Top right shows green when connected, gray when offline. Photos upload in the background. Even if you're offline mid-load, the app queues photos and uploads when WiFi returns.
📷 Photos always save first
The moment you take a photo, it saves to your phone. Even if your phone dies, the photo is safe. When you next open the app, it picks up uploading where it left off.
🔋 Battery
If battery drops below 20% during loading, app shows a warning. Plug in or finish quickly. The whole session is saved on your phone — switching to another phone is fine, just re-open the app there.
🖨 Label printer
Use the Rollo X1040 thermal printer with 4×3 generic thermal labels. Plug it in, set as default printer in your browser. Each label has the store #, name, sequence (3/8 Box), and a QR code for the driver to scan.
⚠ Late add
If the owner adds a new stop AFTER you started loading, the app shows it with a yellow "LATE ADD" badge. Load those items in the CAB (not the truck body) so the driver can reach them without unloading everything.
🆘 If something breaks
Try Reset Loading Session (type 1 = current stop only). If that doesn't help, close the browser and reopen the URL. Your data is saved in cloud + your phone. Call the owner if stuck.
